Breakfast i had a smoothie, Lunch was a strawberry shakeology, And super will be salad. May be a handful of cashews for a snack 👌

Fun fact: People who say that salad becomes less healthy when you put dressing on it are 100% wrong because many of the nutrients in vegetables like lettuce and carrots are actually fat soluble, so they can’t be fully absorbed by your body unless they’re eaten with some type of fat

Especially olive oil! Good quality olive oil (aka not supermarket brands) is the absolutely best thing for putting on your salad, in terms of both flavour and maximum nutrient absorption.

Fuck being weak. Fuck starving and not wanting to get out of bed because I'm to weak to move. It's time to be strong and start FIGHTING to be thinner. And STRONGER.
