And as for ages: so long as you're not a minor/under 18, they'd all wouldn't mind either! I would say that both Elanor and Leon would prefer to date someone closer to their age; whereas Moth, Teo, and Violet have absolutely no preference at all. Teo might enjoy having an older partner, however, but that's only because he's into dilfs/milfs/pilfs. Ren is only interested in you (and he's canonically one year younger) so your age wouldn't matter to him in the slightest.
