i get it i’m taking the L and having dinner w mom and grandma as well but i didn’t know what to get them so i offered to prepare summer rolls which are healthy and they love when i cook for them!! so maybe also offer to prepare one of the meals or a nice side salad and just say you had a big breakfast if they’re cooking lunch for example:) also enjoy the time with your family we can just fast on monday

i haven’t been 60kg in a few years but from 60 to 55 was just eating 500-1000 cal & exercising + walking a lot. also focus your eating on protein & veggies. i honestly didn’t eat a lot of fruit or carbs so i was probably in ketosis a lot. so that’s my advice haha don’t overdo it tho bc i lost a lot of muscle as well /:
