Full-screen responsive grid
The grid on Square Eyes fills your entire screen with posts - from the smallest of mobile devices to the largest cinema displays. The number of squares per row adjusts automatically to make best use of the space. You can also choose to display a mini profile in the first square, with your avatar or logo and blog description.
Awesome hover interactions
When you hover over a post on the index page, you get a stylish colored overlay with a custom 'read more' message that you can set for each post type. You can also choose to show or hide the 'eye' icon, or leave the 'read more' message blank for a super-minimal look. Photo posts zoom in smoothly, Photoset posts cycle through the multiple images, and Panorama posts have an amazing 'look around' effect. Audio posts have a blurred background image and then come into focus when you hover.
Turn on the Intro Square to display your header image, avatar and description at the top of your posts grid. Great for giving your visitors an introduction to your blog.
Simply link your Instagram account to the theme, and the second square in the grid will display your latest images, right there on your blog. When you hover it cycles through the images, and you can click to go straight to your Instagram profile.
Menu + Search
Square Eyes features a super-minimal menu - the header stays fixed at the top of the screen, always there when you need it but not getting in the way of your posts. The dropdown holds all your links and social icons, and a neat tag search to help your visitors find things they're interested in. You can even change the 'menu' label to make it your own.
As well as Square Eyes' unique design and features, the theme comes with our standard set of powerful premium features...
When it comes to loading more posts, you have three choices - a sleek 'load more' button, infinite scroll, or standard 'previous/next' pagination.
Fully Responsive + Retina-ready
Square Eyes' layout adapts to fill your whole screen with posts - from the smallest mobile or tablet to the largest cinema display… resize your browser and see for yourself!
All Post Types
Square Eyes is designed to display all of Tumblr's post types. No matter what type of content you want to publish on your blog, the theme will display it beautifully.
Advanced Photo Options
Take full control over your photos, panoramas and photo set grid posts with lots of built-in options for photographers and portfolios. Square Eyes fully supports custom Photoset layouts - the layout you create in the Tumblr post editor is the one you see on your blog! Control your photo set grid spacing, and choose what happens when you click any image type - link to the image, no link or open a lightbox.
Social Media Links
Just add the full URL to your profiles (e.g. http://twitter.com/precrafted ) to activate the built-in social media icons for Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Website, Google+, LinkedIn, Foursquare, Skype, Email, Instagram, Flickr, 500px, Camera, Eye, Pinterest, Heart, YouTube, Vimeo, eBay, Store, Apple, Google Play, Dribbble, Behance, GitHub, Forrst, Quora, Travel, LastFM, Rdio, Spotify, Soundcloud, and RSS.

Square Eyes also features a neat social sharing widget in the footer of each post - allow your visitors to quickly and easily like, re-blog, and share your posts on Twitter, Facebook, Google and Pinterest... you can even turn each network on or off.
Custom Web Fonts
For advanced users, we've built in support for embedding web fonts from services like TypeKit, Fonts.com and Google Fonts. You can paste in your embed code and name your fonts for the main type elements. Read more about this feature here.
Once your visitors are on an individual post page, they can use simple previous/next post buttons to keep browsing through your posts without going back to the home page - a great to keep them immersed in your blog!
If you want to enable comments on your blog, just sign up for an account with Disqus, and once you're all set up just paste your Disqus Shortname in to the theme options.
Support for Google Analytics tracking is built in and ready to go. Just create a new property for your blog in your Google Analytics account, and then paste the Property ID in to the theme options.
Support for group blogs is built in - if you run a group blog, you can choose to show the author's avatar and name at the bottom of the posts that they create.
