Zumba time!

So….i did my own zumba workout today! 

I’ve been attending other peoples zumba classes, but this was my first time going back to my routines and doing them like i am instructing. I got asked to teach a class tomorrow…but I want 1 more week of me doing workouts, before I teach again. 

BUT i can and will post my zumba routine workout. I will pick my top songs and put together a 45min workout to post for all you guys! My GOAL is to have it up my this weekend. so……I’m excited!!!

and guess who was able to add in the “i’m fancy” dance into my routines….so i’m excited!

Zumba mock class

The student that I encouraged to become a Zumba instructor. She attended my classes regularly and she had a spark in her.
Had her interview today at my Univeristy where I teach. My boss asked me to come “observe” her mock class since I can’t workout yet
1) she did soooo good, I am so proud 8)
2) do you know how hard it is to not dance around in a Zumba class!!! Had to stand in the back like a sad rain cloud haha
