THIS SHOW IS SO QUALITY.

So I watched episodes 1-3 of The Hour last night, because I wanted to see some more BEN WHISHAW after watching Skyfall because Tumblr seems to like it quite a bit.

WHAT HAVE I DONE.

I’ve opened a portal and it’s SUCKING ME IN SOMEBODY HELP.

I should probably REALLY regret it.  I know I will by the end of Season 2 ;_;

Here’s some of my thoughts on what I’ve seen so far!  Jess and Lex please flail with me!

1. I really hope Freddie was kidding at the very beginning with his anti-feminist statements.  I think he was so we’re good.
2. I’m still somewhat confused over some details about the hirings and transfers from Episode 1 but I guess it’s irrelevant now.
3. Freddie and his daddy!!!!  Squeeing so hard over men that actually tenderly care about others.  

   

4. Mr. Madden what a creep.
5. Andrew Scott is as good as ever.
6. Oh look it’s John Watson’s teacher girlfriend :D
7. Freddie vs. Kish:  Scrawny boy is great at wriggling out of tight spots…  And surprising good at overcoming Kish on the stairwell.  That made me happy.  Just ‘cuz you’re not the traditionally (physically) strong character doesn’t mean you can’t be physically strong when needed. A+
8. Dude why did Kish simply fall over the railing in the stairwell?  Freddie pulled him back up.  Was it suicide or did he faint or something O_o
9. Ben Whishaw is such an amazing actor.  I mean, THAT SCENE.  The one with him and Kish and coffee.  LOOK AT EVERYTHING GOING ON IN HIS EYES. 
10. BEL WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU DON’T EVEN REALLY LIKE HECTOR.  Freddie was right about your dependence on men apparently.  STOP WHORING YOURSELF OUT TO A MARRIED MAN.  Poor Marnie.  

    

I feel a lot of different things about this show O_O  The worst being a bit of confusion :)
