Why is it that, when I sport something it’s not appealing to you, but when other people sport the same thing, it does. I don’t care if other people like something on me, because they honestly don’t matter. “You look absolutely beautiful” “You look pretty today!” “Stunning” etc. All those words are meaningless unless they are stated by you towards me. Why does whatever I do have to be presented on someone else before you find it attractive. Is it because you only find things that are trending with other people to be attractive? Why can’t something that I originally come up with be attractive towards you, EVER. It’s always looked down upon until other people start doing the same thing. Why does my appearance have to fit with society for things to look good? When I modify something on me to fit your criteria of beauty you pay absolutely no attention to me and you treat me like I’m even uglier. I do all this shit just to catch your attention for at least a second, but instead I attract unwanted eyes.
