Fresh FM: Mikill Pane drops 'You Guest It'

So SB.TV have provided us with perhaps Mikill Pane’s most polished EP yet, ‘You Guest It’. With such a rich selection of collabs its not hard to work out the reason for the title, TF’s faves are P Money and Fem Fel on ‘Hey Baby’, as well as the damn fine Yasmin on ‘Paper Princess’ he certainly knows the right people as talented stars like Ed Sheeran, Example, Paloma Faith and Jakwob join him on the EP too.

Tropical Fresh has backed Mikill Pane since we first heard him drop ‘Summer in the City’ and if you still don’t know who this guy is then, well, get to know! Check out the banger ‘Follow Fashion’ with another of our upcoming favourites XO Man, and perhaps his greatest tune so far ‘You Don’t know me’. To get to know what he is all about ‘The Return of Mr. Pane’ is reccomended.

For those that are already fans of Mikill Pane, you already know how witty, gritty and real this guy is and you’ll be pleased to know ‘You Guest It’ is no different. His bars are as funny and relevant as they have been from day and the beats behind them are perfect for Pane to flow over.

Our favourite tune on this EP is very very hard to choose ‘Andy Warhol’ with Example is crisp, he even manages to get a cheeky Kony 2012 reference in there, and ‘Paper Princess’ is a contender, but the whole thing is 23 minutes worth of music you’d be a fool not to listen to.
