There are still dreams.

You’re there. These past few days, I’ve revisited a lot of memories. I honestly think it’s because of that show at Blacksheep.

It doesn’t bring me nostalgia as much as it makes me miss having people.

I dreamed I was driving through the muck in the rain when I stumbled upon a large house-cabin. I went inside and two past friends greeted me. But then they were busy so I had to leave again. They pushed me outside and watch from the window. I stumbled back to my jeep-car, but lost my glasses. Everything was blurry and muddy and wet. I tried to drive down the grassy muck of a hill to wake up.

Last night was different. It was fluorescent. I knew the rode I biked on, but it was different; curved here, around your house. And I’m riding my bike, risking more of a confrontation than usual. I can see you now. You’re on a swing set. That probably means something but, oh well. You swing. I ride by and you spot me, like we’re little kids. You tell me you know I’ve been doing this; peeking on you when you want me gone. I don’t speak because it’s too much.

Nothing changes and I awake. I miss you, but I do not want to see you. Maybe you don’t even check on me anymore- damned if I know.

I do not feel so sad. I’m just particularly tired.

Well, then, I think Hawkeye's perfect. New nickname. And no complaining about it this time. I'll keep clear of Mr. Bach for now, then.
