Dieantwoods new video for fatty boom boom comments consist of, some white people telling POC’s they shouldnt be offended by Yolandi’s blacking up and using the reverse racism gag or the hole “I don’t see race” bullshit, and some POC telling people that because they think it’s okay so that means ever POC should feel the same.

Now as a Person of colour myself I think, yes yolandi blacked up, blacking up is offensive however you look at it, and i’m under the impression that they are aware of this but they had a message to put across and that was the most succeful way they could do so. That doesnt make it okay, yes i’m still offended but I get it.

As for the whole “I dont see race”bs, woopity fuckin doo. You’re telling me you dont see my race when I walk past you in the street? Uhmm, I am black, I have black heratiage. I’m also pretty proud of that fact so I don’t need you denying me of my heratiage for what ever half thought out reason you have. I am black you can see that but don’t think you have the right to abuse me or take away any of my rights because of that fact.

Any white folk telling Poc to not be offened just need to shut the fuck up and check their privilege, If you’re offened by this statement, good i’m glad hopefully this will highlight your privilege. And no I don’t hate you because of your privilege, don’t be a moron. I’m not making the assumption that everyone with privlege is a bad person because you didnt ask for it and half the time you dont know about it, if thats the case look it up. You can find so much information about race privilege everywhere, so no excuses.

Please dont be under the impression that because Yolandi is from south africa that its okay for here to black up. It’s not and it should be obvious why.

Note: just because ive said i’m offened doesnt mean that every POC is, because we are all seperate inderviduals who think and feel diffrently and I dont see why I have to state this because it’s pretty damn obvious.
