Day 68: It was leg day for me, at the gym. So after working my glutes and thighs pretty hard I stretched it out with about 15 minutes of yoga.

Day 69: I practiced headstands at home.

Day 70: Monday was the first of Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chora’s 21 day Mediation challenge. It was also day one of Dr. Oz’s 3 day detox cleanse. I did Meditation because I was feeling pretty crappy from the detox.

Day 71: I taught a class and did more medition

Day 72: Taught yoga today.

Day 73: I taught 2 classes.

Day 74: Acro yoga jam tonight!

I decided to do the cleanse to get rid of the bad so that I have room for whatever spring brings. I need to be better at doing an actual physical yoga practice everyday. It was a rough week. I’m working on finding the motivation to make next week better!
