Teacher Interviews
Heeeeeeeere’s Jess Phoa!
Today, the three of us went on a rampage throughout our school and managed to snag interviews with a bunch of teachers! All of them, excluding one, are social studies teachers and range in age, political views, personal values, etc. The way this process worked is that we asked them the questions prior to actually filming them, so what you see are their responses to our prompts which were along the lines of:
- Do you believe that in our society there is a presence of collective social pressure to dress a certain way depending on a given situation and varying circumstances? What are your thoughts on this issue? What role does this play in the way we present ourselves?
- What kind of influence does dress play in work, leisure, social environments? How does it affect the way one is perceived?
- Are there any experiences you’ve had that relate to this topic which stick out in your mind? How exactly have you handled those situations?
- Miscellaneous questions, commentary, etc.
As for posting the videos, we may or may not post them in order to protect the privacy of these individuals.
