Instantiating UITableViewCell From a Nib
When talking about separating the design from development in a mobile app, the question of UITableViews will inevitably come up. For some reason, Apple doesn’t provide an obvious way to instantiate UITableViewCells from a pattern nib. Luckily, though, it’s not really too difficult.

Could not load the png image referenced from a nib in the bundle with identifier
En caso que esto suceda y no sepas en que archivo xib se encuentre la referencia una cosa que puedes hacer es:
1. Obtener el nombre de la imagen buscada
ej: “myImage.png”
2. Abrir una ventana de Terminal:
3. Ejecutar el siguiente comando, reemplazando “myImage.png” por el nombre de tu imagen y la ruta “/Users/myUser/MiCarpetaDeProyecto” a la ruta real de tu proyecto:
grep -R myImage.png /Users/myUser/MiCarpetaDeProyecto
A continuación veras la lista de archivos con la imagen declarada, muy probablemente archivos .xib :)
