#anyone who speaks ill of raven for leaving charles should have their lips super glued shut and for good measure have a piece of duct tape slapped over them too. i love the charles x raven friendship dynamic, but at the end of the day charles didn't accept raven in the same way that erik did. erik accepted her differences from the others and saw it as something beautiful, while charles despite loving raven never really accepted that part of her. along with his acceptance of her, erik taught raven to love herself and charles knew that, he knew erik would make her happiest and this is why he himself let her go.
