7am

I have a smoothie most mornings. 1 cup kale, 1 pear, 1/2 a lemon, 1tbls flaxseed oil, 1/2 an avocado, 2 scoops of All Greens, 1 cup coconut water.

Or, egg whites, salmon and avocado.

10am

Green juice. Kale, spinach, apply, celery, cucumber, lemon and ginger.

1pm

Tuna or chicken salad.

4pm

10 almonds.

7pm

Fish, chicken or meat with green veggies.

9pm

Tea and if I have dessert — anything chocolate!
