"hoes will be hoes" or "cant turn a ho into a housewife" syndrome & then some

Every now and again you hear or see the comment “you can’t turn a hoe into a housewife.” or “hoes will be hoes” said by women and men alike. it’s frustrating. Not only is frustrating because these men/women still hop on board to sleep with these supposed hoes, but they also decide that they are much better than them in the midst of all this. -_-

But wait. How in the world are you better when you are ready to jump in bed with this women you all of a sudden think is a ho? You do NOT make any sense. If anything you are just as much as a ho as she is, if you want to start name calling.

-Another thing that upsets me is, the fact that no one ever says anything when it comes to the guy who decides to sleep with this women who cant be turned into a housewife. No one seems to doubt whether or not they can be turned into a househusband (and yes there is a such thing). We give men such leeway but they make the same “mistakes” as women. A man can go around having sex with strangers for all eternity and that’s all well and good but once a women does it its not “lady like” or “appropriate.” which brings this the point of gender roles.

~Females Must Be: Prim & Proper, Have uncontrollable emotions (if you are a female, or anyone who has uncontrollable emotions SO THE HELL WHAT!) Can’t be too sexy, (But) have to show sex appeal, have to cook, Clean, Not want sex, (but) Want sex if a man wants to do it all day, etc. (do you notice the contradiction?)

~Males Must: Always want sex, Be jerks, Cold, Not around for their Children, etc. (if they do any of these things they will be considered to be “not manly enough” or “manly period” whatever being manly is. and it’s also a way to offend women, as if being a “woman” whatever that is, is a disgrace. -_-)

Tired of everyone telling women what they should do and how they should handle themselves but say nothing to men because of the “boys will be boys” mind frame. If you’re going to say one thing to a women because of how she “behaving” you better say the same thing to men as ell because best believe they are most likely doing the same thing…
