Beauty, Elegance, and Classy those three characteristics came to mind when I found Girl With Curves blog.  I immediately fell in love with her sense of style and inspiring message.  The layout of her blog is amazing and so easy to navigate through.  One thing I learned is that if even men you can learn a lot from a woman’s style and fashion. It is inspiring to see her feature appearances on websites and famous magazines.  Her message states that no matter what size or color you are, you can achieve anything you put your mind to. I love what she represents for women of all different shapes and sizes. Ultimately, there should not be a size limit to style.

“I want to change lives through fashion, by promoting positive body-image, self-esteem and body-acceptance in the curvy community. Far too long has the plus size Fashionista been left out of fashion, and made to think she can’t be fashionable. It’s time to create change, by making a statement that curves deserve style too!” -Tanesha Awasthi of GIRLWITHCURVES

THE STYLE BLOGGER

I was transitioning into menswear this past year and this particular blogger changed my perception of what men should wear and how we can be stylish doing it.  I was searching for style tips and ideas and I came across The Style Blogger. I was not familiar with the dos and don’ts of men’s fashion, however he really paved the way for me. I enjoy the fact that he stays true to his own style as well as try new things. I appreciate that he never lets negative comments change his style, not everyone is going to agree with what you wear, some may love it and others may hate it.  In the end style and fashion is an expression of who you are as a person.

“Having a good sense of style, in my opinion, is the ability to bring things together in an unexpected and original way, being creative with aspects such as fit, proportion, fabric, layering, accessories, etc. in order to create an image that is uniquely and confidently your own.”-Dan Trepanier of THE STYLE BLOGGER
