The Change Within

It’s been a while since I joined the community and lots of changes happened to me. From a simple employee to becoming an Entrepreneur is one of my greatest achievements that I want to share with all of you.

My Communication Skills

In the community I learned to talk to a lot of people which boost my confidence and improved my communication skills especially connecting to different kinds of people because of our public gatherings and events. Becoming an Entrepreneur is to be a people person.

My Leadership Skills

Becoming a coach is one of the biggest responsibilities in the community. I was able to practice my leadership skills in decision making, handling big tasks and taking the responsibility of my leaders and of this community. Becoming a leader is to be of service to this community and to my leaders. I empower them to be the best that they can be.

I Became A Team Player

In the community we value Team; we work and win together as one team to achieve our goals. As a saying goes, “No One can succeed alone.” As my mentor told me over and over again, you cannot succeed in the business world without a Mastermind Team, this will be a great leverage on your business.

People Skill

My understanding and connecting with people improved because of our public gatherings and training that the community provide. It sharpens my people skills especially in building rapport, for me relationship to people is very important. In Business, relationship is the foundation of a team as what John Maxwell said“Relationship is like glue a team.”

I add Value to other people

With our mission to spread Financial Education to our country men, we teach them and make them aware on their responsibility in their finances. We make them realize their dreams and goals in life. My mentor told me “if you add value to people you help one soul on Earth.”

Honestly I am still in process of becoming of Entrepreneur. In Create Abundance we want people to unleash their potential and we believe that every people have a golden potential within them.
