I’ve decided to transition into a vegetarian diet/lifestyle and most likely eventually into a vegan lifestyle. i’m looking for quick and easy vegetarian and/or vegan lunch ideas that i can take to work with me, that aren’t going to take forever to make and eat and will still be filling and provide all the protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats i need to maintain my clean eating and energy for workouts. can anyone with experience share their favourite lunch ideas?
