Let’s inspire and motivate each other!
I’ve been counting calories for 9 days now. Each day it gets easier and easier. I’m already seeing small changed in my body. This is a slow process, but I’m willing to take the time to get the resulst I want.
I’d say I average about 1,300 a day. Some days more some days less.
This is good though. I must stay positive. I can do this.
If there’s anyone out there that’s a weightloss blog I want to follow you.
Like this post so I can have some more Thinsperation in my life!
Whats with all the promo stuff? Isn’t the goal to just find people with similar goals? I’m starting to feel people are trying harder to get followers than their workout. I’m sorry if I offend you by unfollowing you but I’m just looking for people to talk about weight loss and training. I just dont want that stuff filling up my dash.
I've decided to make a weight-loss blog.
I’ve been trying to loose some weight, and become healthier, for almost eight months, but I’ve had no positive results. First, I thought this may be normal. Not loose any weight at all. Not getting stronger, or getting in better shape?
But I’ve seen so many people becoming healthier and stronger after six months of exercising, but I’m not one of them.
So I went looking around on Tumblr, when I see these weightloss blogs. And I just have to say, it’s very inspiring!
And I talked to some, and they said the blog helped them to want to get better. And so, I got inspired, and I really want to do this.
So I guess I’m going to start on Monday, to start my final diet.
And you know what? I can’t wait.
Not everyone runs to lose weight. Deal with it.
Don’t get me wrong weightloss blogs, I love all of you and I think it’s amazing that you’re trying to lose weight and get healthy. But the way some of you think of exercise (especially running) merely in terms of weightloss is starting to annoy the freaking fuck out of me.
For example, lovely, perfect Megan posted about aiming at a 90 mpw mileage which I think is an amazing goal. And one of the responses she got was “There are a lot easier ways to lose weight you know. Just eat healthy and exercise lightly! You don’t need to put your body through that! “.
Well, lovely anon, there actually are people who put themselves through that because THEY WANT TO. They’re called runners. We run to be able to run more (and eat more) and not because we need to burn off that slice of cake, we do interval training for speed and not for weightloss and we do long runs to be able to run even longer next time.
We don’t run towards a skinnier body, we run because we love it. Only because we love it.
I want all my non-weightloss blog followers to know that
I truly appreciate the fact that you follow me :) It means a lot that you like my blog, I just want to explain since I haven’t explained this in awhile, that I can’t follow back if you are not a weightloss blog, and I deleted my old blog so I can’t follow you back on that anymore, but, I do appreciate your follow and if you ever want to talk I’m open to talking to anyone :)
If you are a weightloss blog, I always follow back but I am pro-health, I don’t discriminate though. I appreciate anyone who is losing weight.
