I want to be skinny by summer I am 13 and 107 lb. most my fat is on my hip. My love handles and my thighs I want to loose a pound a day how can I do that and stay motivated?

Okay. A few things:

  1. 107 pounds isn’t fat.
  2. You’re 13; your body is growing quite a bit. That’s normal.
  3. Your body fat is there because that’s where most people store body fat. And you need body fat to live.
  4. Doctors say you shouldn’t lose more than 2 pounds a week. A pound a day is ridiculously unhealthy and won’t happen unless you’re chopping off body parts every morning.

This blog is not about dropping pounds. It’s about loving yourself and striving to be healthy, regardless of weight.
