Waistline Exercise: Blogilates
I’m becoming more obsessed with getting my waist and abs right. I’m so impatient, I keep looking for new tricks. So here is my waistline workout. I’ll be trying to do this at least 3 times a week along with my regular 10 Minute Trainer. Here they are:
30 times
15 each side
8 each side
15 each side
24 times
I may even do this more than once a day, just because I want to see results. I am also trying to find better foods to eat. Send me your suggestions!

Menopause weight gain, is the number one complaint within my circle of women friends and family (Hot flashes were second!) .
Unexpected benefit
One more note on the Great Amusement and Water Park Adventure (See here, here, here and here): an unexpected bonus. It would seem in retrospect (and well frankly DUH, it should have been obvious) that visiting 9 amusement and/or water parks in 12 days involves a lot of walking. We also managed to avoid most of the of Dipping Dots and Fried Dough stands.
The net result is a loss of 4 lbs and a very distinct tightening of my waistline.
Maybe we should do this trip every year…
