How much should I charge someone for a photoshoot????

I have someone that’s willing to pay me for a family shoot.

It’s 21 people. Half are kids.

I’m just starting out and have been doing shoots for free. But now that someone is willing to pay, I would Like to get an idea of how much I should charge. Any ideas? Please let me know! I need a start somewhere!?
