So I just spent hours on this and i’m positive a TON of it is wrong, but I tried REALLY hard to get the grammar right. I’m a noob, but at least it helped me learn some words and get used to the language. So it wasn’t a direct word-for-word translation, I actually tried to get the whole verb-object-subject and future and past tense stuff right… I hope at least some of it is right haha.

Random Headcanon: Like cats, Vulcans have functional Jacobson’s organs.
So, like three days ago, a mutual annoyance acquaintance annoyance of Becky’s and mine told her to text me, saying that, and I quote, “[your] corralation [sic] is 0.” I retaliated by having her tell him “Dif-tor heh smusma.” What he doesn’t realize, however, is that there’s three layers to my response. One, is the fact that I don’t expect him to recognize or understand Vulcan. Two, is the fact that I just told him to live long and prosper, which is generally a positive thing. And three is the fact that in the reboot, when Spock says it to the Vulcan Council, it’s a concealed “fuck you.” So far, according to Becky, he’s only made it to the first level.
So I thought i’d open this with people…
as if they already didn’t know
I can provide the links you need to the dictionary and the lessons. It’s fairly easy to grasp, and the way i’m actually learning is just to dive in and talk to people. It takes a while to decipher, but after time, many words and such becomes familiar! I already know a bun of words and grammar in vulcan and i’ve only been talking to people for TWO DAYS!
