This weeks shopping
I didn’t buy a lot this week since I am going out of town. My only stop was the farmers market for some fresh fruits and veggies! All together I spent about $15.00.
- Bananas (2 baskets)
- sugar snap peas( 1.30 lbs)
- apricots(1 basket)
- golden raspberries(1 basket)
- blueberries(1 basket)
- Asparagus( 1 bushel)
- Mushroom caps(3)
- Strawberries(1 box)
I do still have plenty of meat in the freezer from a few weeks ago. Ground turkey, turkey patties, chicken breasts and fish. I also pre-made my quinoa so I think I am set for the rest of the week. It is going to be filled with fresh foods I think lol
I went to the market with my friend K. Brown. We HAD to stop at the empanada shop to have a vegetarian breakfast empanada and some banana coconut milk. Hearty and delicious and a great way to start the day that is for sure :)
