I’m not going to post food on here anymore since Im tracking it on myfitnesspal.com. I’ll still be blogging things like inspirational photos and will keep this updated on my goals. Im definitly at a stop at weight loss and I need to overcome it if I want to get fit by summer. Going to try and increase the amount of strength training I do and I’m starting to do 30 mins of cardio everyday. Whether it be running or biking. Ive also been cheating a lot lately. I dont know where my will power went but I just snack all the time and its not good. I’m not going to lose all this progress. Fuck that. So Im going back to only two snacks a day. No dessert. I’ll go to bed hungry and satisfy that hunger in the morning with something healthy not chocolatey.
