Look at me now.
“Dear Caleb:
On Assessment Day, you were administered the ETS(r) Proficiency Profile. In order to gauge how well you scored, below is your score compared with scores from your peers. Scores from the ETS(r) Proficiency Profile range from 400-500.
USI FRESHMAN AVERAGE: 436.7
NATIONAL FRESHMAN AVERAGE: 434.5
YOUR SCORE: 470”
Attention USI
I understand that some classes can only accommodate 16 students at a time. That’s fine. I also understand that sometimes you can only make room for one section of a class. That’s fine too.
But don’t you fucking dare tell me that I have to take a class that only has 16 available seats in order to take any of my other goddamn CS classes and then only provide one fucking section of the class, you bastards.
My Alma Mater now has a Quidditch team(s)...
usishield.comOf course! They would try and implement this after I graduate. GAHHHH!!! Being the anti-social person that I am, I didn’t participate in a whole lot. CR, POLSA, the occasional campus sponsored movie night or intramural outing…but wild horses wouldn’t have kept me from signing up for this! I would’ve done anything to participate.
I feel kind of cheated, irrational as that is. It sounds like it would give players to opportunity to live out a little of the books! Which is the point, isn’t it? Most of these students are still of the Potter generation. *sigh* I’ll have to get my fantasy fix with the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando. Not that that’s a drawback in any way. In fact, it’s amazing. If you haven’t been, GO! It’s definitely worth the trip. : )
