*sigh* Yup, pretty much.
I gotta wonder though…if they’re going to get that offended by my strong opinions, why did they follow someone whose username is basically “Opinionated Nerd”? Like…what were they expecting?
Your thoughts on the Runaways (Tye, Asami, Virgil, and Eduardo) if you watched the episode this Saturday? :)
I can’t really comment TOO deeply on them because their storyline hasn’t developed much so far, but here’s a few things that come to mind:
- Asami says “Sumimasen” way too much. It means Sorry/Excuse Me, and most of the time when she says it, it makes no sense for the context.
- Tye’s abilities seem to be crazy overpowered, and I’m sure it’s blatant foreshadowing that he can’t control them. He seems to be playing a foil to Blue Beetle since they both have power control issues.
- I want to take a comb to Eduardo’s hair. If it wasn’t black it would look like a clown wig.
- Virgil seems to be the leader of their little band..but he doesn’t seem to think things clearly. I guess he’s yet another hotheaded teenager.
- DIVERSITY AWARD GOES TO GREG WEISMAN

That’s why I’m regretting it. Grammar and spelling is good, but the person has a tendency to go OOC, bad/incomplete explanations, repetition, not enough description (some jumping over the place) and arrrrrrrgggg.

I just- Harry makes so much sense and you can’t help but feel for him. He tries, he really does, and he comes off as a typical teenager who has a right to feel angry at what he sees as his friend randomly ditching him. And Peter does treat him badly sometimes, and I was so mad at Gwen for dating him only to make Peter jealous, and when you think about it he gets screwed over so much and he’s so messed up and just really needs someone to actually be there for him and not screw around with him and I feel like he and Liz would get along so well not just because of comics but also because Harry would treat Liz so well, and give her the time while Liz would be equally devoted and a good friend as well as girlfriend. I get so annoyed when I see the few Spectacular Spider-Man fics with Harry in them demonizing him if he appears for more than 5 seconds in the fic, although there are a few that don’t demonize him.Oh my word, I thought I was the only one who adored Harry Osborn in this series. Out of everyone in it, he definitely became my favorite character. And Harry/Liz is one of your OTPs???? Uggh, thank you for existing.
Oh, and when I looked it up, his dad is a textbook case of emotionally abusive towards Harry. That just- ugh my poor baby.
