Sign up30 day reading challenge: day seven: most underrated book

House of Leaves my Mark Z. Danielewski. I purchased this book from the dollar paperback bin at barnes and noble, and I only bought it because the layout is so different from anything I had ever seen before. Parts of it are upside, sideways, spiraling, and parts of it are completely illegible. But having read it, I don’t know why everyone else hasn’t as well. Of all of my literary, soak-up-books friends, I have never even met anyone who’s even heard of this book. But it is such a well-written and satisfying book. You feel like you’re going crazy along with the narrator, and it’s terrifying, and best of it, it’s weird. So good. Everyone should know about it and read it.
So I’m thinking about starting a book group for underrated books (or any good books actually). Reblog if you’re interested in joining! MBF me.
I am taking part in Underrated Bookers
Hello, my lovely followers! So, I’m officially announcing, to all my followers who didn’t find me through Underrated Bookers, I will be taking part on the Underrated Books Project. Basically, the aim of the project is to read books which people have considered underrated. This project was started by The Booker, so you have her to thank for it! =)
If you would like to take part in it, we are going to commence reading The Night Circus and/or Eleanor & Park, so you can read one or the other, or both if you want! You can find places to buy from through this forum and this forum, or by clicking the links inserted.

Looks a bit boring and self-help-y. But I’m almost done with it and I’m gonna read The Night Circus next for the Underrated Bookers Group!!

We’re also reading Eleanor & Park for this month. Come join the group and read with us! :D I’M SO EXCITED!!!
