Torchwood episodes

Where can I find them?? More specifically I need the last episode (13) of Season One and ideally all of Season Two… Every file sharing site seems to require registration now, and Megavideo went down literally as I was in the middle of watching “End of Days.” I also don’t have a Netflix account, and I’ve tried torrenting with minimal success- no one is seeding the episodes so they take waaaay too long to download. But I need more Torchwood in my life if I’m going to Cardiff at the end of the month!!
