“I looked around for Sophos, but he was nowhere to be seen. "I sent him after more wood," the magus broke off to tell me. Knowing Sophos, I thought he had probably fallen in the river. "Can he swim?" I wondered aloud. The magus glanced over to Pol, who shrugged his shoulders. Without a word, they both stood up, brushed the sand off the seats of their trousers, and went to look for Sophos. [...] Sophos came over the ridge behind me, carrying a bundle of brush. "Where is everybody?" "Looking for you." I explained that they thought he'd drowned. He sat in huffy silence until the magus came up the riverbank from downstream. When he saw Sophos, he stepped back around the curve of the bank, and must have waved to Pol, because both of them reappeared. They sat down beside us, and Sophos, staring straight ahead, said pointedly, "I swim very well.”

|14.04.2013|: Gone not around any longer

“Where's the magus?" I asked. "He sent me ahead with some food. It's a good thing." Pol looked over his shoulder to the river. "He doesn't need to know about this." "Oh, yes he does." I said. By that time, I wanted to see Ambiades flayed alive. "No," Pol said, "he doesn't." He crouched down a little more so he could look into my eyes. "The magus staked his reputation and his life to find this silly stone, wherever it is, and he'll murder the person who prevents him from getting it. And that person is not" --he shook his finger in front of my face-- "going to be Sophos.”

The Quarrel Three

“Life is for the living.
Death is for the dead.
Let life be like music.
And death a note unsaid.”

When life began, and Death took lives from people, he realized something: that death, causes people mass emotional pain. He did not like seeing this, and there was nothing he could honestly do about it, he was Death, he had a job to stick to. But Death was an intelligent man, who came up with a solution.

Over a thousand years ago, he came across the perfect woman, to this day she is called Millie. He offered her immortality and other abilities-to be his angle-but on one condition. She was to watch over the people whom Death effected. Millie agreed after some time, and worked for the man, traveling the world and helping the people who had lost someone because of Death’s ways.

The job became a bit overwhelming for her a few hundred years later, and Lila came into the equation, and they called themselves the Quarrel Two because they tends to bicker a lot and Death decided to just called them that, when really he was half joking, they went with it anyways.

Finally, Micheal-Joseph joined them to become the Quarrel Three, and they have traveled the world ever since.

Now, Death has specifically sent them to Paris, France, to live at Amiss. It was his gift to those of the mutant living in the club, to apologize for taking so many of their beloved friends away. And now they are just there, trying to help cope.

Millie (Camille)

(FC: Amber Heard // Male!Millie: William Moseley)

Age: 1,150 24

Powers: White feathered wings, sight of the dead and manipulation of the dead.

Millie wasn’t always her name. She’s too old to even remember what her real name was. but for the past hundred years, she has been going by Millie. And she hasn’t always had two people by her side.

Millie wasn’t exactly understood back in her day. people found her frightening, and unwelcoming, but she wasn’t that way at all. People just looked at her face and figured she was out to kill them. This lead to her getting accused of murder often.

One day, locked up in jail, Death came to her. A rather frightening sight for a human to see, he told her about his deal, his plan to make The Quarrel. And she turned him down, even though she was the only one who could fit.

But the day came, and Millie really did kill a town filled with people. Once she was murdered for the crime she committed, Death came back to her one last time, and she accepted his offer, gaining powers and traveling across the world.

Now, she is the oldest of the three, and wisest. She calls the shots and no one argues. Though she’s learned to be less intimidating, she still comes off as big and in charge, but more approachable. Now she is more flirty and feminine.
