And they’re like
“You’re a legitimately good human being with intrinsic value”
Damn right
I’m a legitimately good human being with intrinsic value
I could teach you
But lessons gained through your own life’s tribulations are more likely to cement within the subconscious mind and therefore manifest in your actions with other human beings
You guys wanna know what makes me really sad though? In the Epilogue, during the line ‘we will put away the sword’ the camera is on Combeferre. It’s just sad because he really just joined the revolution because of the peace he thought would come afterwards, but he was really against violence. Anyway.
I think the most hilarious thing about the Wii Fit Trainer being in SSB is that it’s definitely a trolling on Nintendo’s part considering they even SAID “This was a character nobody would expect” and yet, they managed to take a random throwaway female character (if you could even call her that) and make her insta-awesome BECAUSE her profession makes her prime fit for SSB. And yet, because of her previous use, nobody would have ever thought to put them together.
Regardless of whether you like her or hate her, Wii Fit Trainer definitely caught EVERYONE by surprise. I personally LOVE HER, and will be happy to finally have a kickass female who isn’t a princess, doesn’t use sex appeal to pander to dudes, and doesn’t have to dress up like a male to earn respect.
She’s a chick. She KICKS ASS. She will also train you how to tone your muscles and get into shape or SHE SWEARS TO GOD, YOU WILL FEEL THE BURN.

I don’t understand the spiteful reaction some men have to the notion that there should be more female protagonists in games.
Women play games. Women spend money on games. Women are game fandoms. Make protagonists women as well. No one is saying “No more male protagonists”.
Gaming has never been a solely male pastime. Never has gaming been so mainstream. It’s past time gaming reflected its audience. More women. More POCs. More diversity in orientation.
And some men have to get over that and stop reacting with misogyny and hate.
