Sign up to find more cool stuff to followI had strawberries I needed to use up and a kitchen to clean, so I got home and made galettes* from scratch, filled with strawberries tossed with honey, white pepper, fresh basil and this rad vanilla fig balsamic syrup I have, and topped with brie. Cleaned the kitchen while the strawberries and pastry dough chilled, and now my tarts are in the oven and I want to eat them nowwwww.
