Once-ler let out a blood-curdling scream as he opened his eyes, finding himself somewhere dark and he was restricted. He let out another scream and began to panic, trying to free his sweaty body from the cocoon that had tightened around him. Suddenly though, he fell off from something and landed painfully on the floor, a wild gasp escaping his mouth as he spazzed and tried to free himself from whatever was on him. When he was free and able to look around, all he found was his dark bedroom, his blanket on his lap and pooling around him… Everything was fine… But not entirely, as Once-ler was now a wreck, his body was still shaking as his face was wet from sweat and his eyes were wet from fat, blurring tears - his mind was also elsewhere.

And that was when he realized. His room was too quiet.

He let out a choked sob and tried his best to stand up. M-Meghan. I need Meghan. He thought to himself as he stood himself up the best he could and quickly stumbled over to his cell phone, grabbing it and punching Meghan’s number in franticly. Shoving the phone to his ear once it went through, his hands shaking almost uncontrollably as he almost begged outloud for Meghan to pick up, his breath shallow as the Voices continued to talk and yell and sing into his head, hoping that she would pick up on this dreadful night.
