DIY: POLKA DOT BACKPACK

Remember ‘The Row x Damien Hurst’ line of $55,000 custom backpacks (as pictured above)? I featured a post about the bags prior to their launch, but now I’m pleased to show a Do It Yourself method of achieving the look for far less than a fraction of the price

Ingredients
-Nixon Get Back Pack 
-Maybelline Color Show Nail Lacquer
-Large Gold Brads
-Swiss Army Knife
-Glue

Directions
1. Paint the surface of the brads with assorted nail polish colours. 10 different shades of the Maybelline nail lacquer were used

2. Slice small slits evenly across the front of the backpack with a Sharp army style knife to create holes for the brads.

3. Once the painted brads are completely dry, insert them into the holes and bend their wire legs to attach to the bag. To ensure they are securely fastened, dab a small amount of glue on the backside of the brad (inside the backpack).  (by PSIMadeThis for WWW)
