Blink-182Day 9 - Most Influential Albums - Blink-182 - The Mark, Tom And Travis Show (The Enema Strikes Back) - Going Away To College [Live] Breaking the rules here… I’m well aware that the album was initially released in 1999, but fuck the rules. It’s Blink… and rules are meant to be broken…right? My love for this band is infinite. When this album first was released, I initially thought it was a stupid idea and had no desire to get it. Until I got it for Christmas and actually listened to it. The Mark, Tom and Travis Show captures the essence of Blink-182 flawlessly, including and especially the childish humor that comes with the music. I wish I could just upload the entire album for everyone’s enjoyment but Tumblr isn’t down with that. So Going Away To College Will do.
Featured is Going Away To College [Live] because it’s a live album duh? The chorus has always been one of my favorite. It’s simple… yet so well written at the same time. Something this band has always been gods among dick and fart jokes with.
