You know when in True Colors Bart said he’s not strong enough to carry Tim? That made me really wonder how speedster’s powers work…

I mean if they are so fast then their body should be at least a bit stronger than that of a non-meta. Otherwise they would seriously hurt themselves, like all the time? How can their body stand the speed if they don’t have a little bit more strength than an average human?
