I'm wondering about the Bay Harbor Butcher...

How come he doesn’t have a fan base within the show universe? I’m not talking about serial killer groupies or copycats, but an actual faction of people who regard him as a hero/saint/martyr among those who haven’t gotten justice from the police and those who believe in “social cleansing”. I mean, there are people who light candles to Pablo Escobar!!!I just can’t believe that only Doakes’ mother and sisters (plus LaGuerta)attended his funeral and then he was never referenced again until LaGuerta tried to clean his name. I understand that from Miami Metro, but really? In years they have never met anyone who misses/idolizes him? Not a single person? And will it be the same if/when they find out Dexter is the true BHB?

Play

I really wished dexter would last more than eight seasons. I just can’t even. I will probably cry when it’s finally over. Dexter is my favorite tv show of all time.

"Los arco iris son una ilusión. Reflejando la luz nos hacen creer que hay algo allí, cuando en verdad no hay nada." - Dexter Morgan
