Cate's Big Damn List of Excellent Ten II/Rose Fics

Because it needed to be done for my own peace of mind.
I will probably update this from time to time, but for now, these are the very best Ten II/Rose fics I’ve read. There’s no John Smith, no babyfic (I think LOL) and no Rose-is-immortal-and-goes-to-see-the-original-Doctor!fic.
Best case scenario for DW 50th anniversary
- Eleven: ROSE? DOCTOR? WHERE'D YOU GO OFF TO?
- Clara: doctor--
- Eleven: ROSE?! DOCTOR!!
- Clara: THEY'RE IN THE BACK ROOM DOCTOR.
- Eleven: Their supposed to be working on the circuit boards! What are they possible doing?! *walks into back room*
- Rose: DOCTOR!
- TenToo: What?
- Eleven: *turns around* ROSE! YOU TWO--WHAT ARE YOU...SHAGGING NOW?
- TenToo: Well. We were trying to work on the circuit boards but Rose was concentrating with her tongue poked out and we all know what that could to to someone and--
- Rose: OH MY GOD. HE WALKED IN ON US SHAGGING.
- Eleven: IM SCARRED FOR LIFE.
- TenToo: your kinda killing the mood and I'd like to finish here.
- Eleven: you want-- GET BACK TO WORK.
- Rose: oh my god....
- TenToo: oh come on. Shagging Rose Tyler is the best thing in all know universes. We started and I'm not stopping now.
- Rose: DOCTOR!
- Eleven and TenToo: What?
- Rose: *points to eleven* YOU-- GET AWAY
- Eleven: ME?!
- Rose: *points to TenToo: YOU-- IM NOT DONE WITH YOU.
- Eleven: THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
- TenToo: YAY.
- Clara: WE HAVE A WORLD TO SAVE HERE.
- TenToo: Let me tell you. I LOVE human hormones.
- Eleven: OI. *walks out of the room*
- Clara: it's a shag box.
- Eleven : SHUT UP.
- Jack: *from the closet inside TenToos and Roses room, whispering* PSST. CONTINUE.
Just had a thought that made me like Ten II a lot more.
I used to kind of resent him because he’s not the doctor and i’m still not convinced that rose is 10/10 100% happy with him. I still believe a part of her really misses the actual doctor.
BUT
This is what Ten II means:
Somewhere out there, in another universe, this man still exists
He may not be a whole timelord anymore, and there may be splashes of Donna in him, but somewhere out there is a Ten who wont- can’t- regenerate. So no matter who the doctor becomes, no matter what crappy writing this show falls into, no matter who plays who in the show, in a parallel universe not to far of

AND
THESE TWO
ARE
CANON
And so it will be until around the time that i die because they’re really not THAT much older than I am. So SOMEWHERE Rose/Ten is canon and will be canon until i DIE. I cannot think of a happier thought.
