• sam: i need to talk to you about something important.
  • freddie: what? you want to get back together?
  • something important! sam simply said, "something important" and the first thing that popped into freddie's mind was their previous relationship, meaning it's on his mind. he still thinks about them, about their relationship and he considers it "something important"! aah! *fangirling*

I hate it when I get a text..

And my mom acts all GD like

So then I’m just like

And then when someone calls me on the phone, I’m always like

image

Because she’s asking SO MANY questions like

just to get on my nerves.

But I don’t want to answer her, because the person on the other line is still talking.

So I just wave her away like

There’s something really captivating about watching a guy talk on the phone. For instance, while I was waiting for my laundry to stop cycling I was sitting in the common room, and there was a guy on the second floor sitting in the corner cubby who I was inconspicuously watching through the windows. He was hunched over, elbows on his knees, listening into the phone. I wouldn’t say he was stressed, but I wouldn’t say he was calm either, maybe it was a look of concern I read across his face or a few moments of processing over information. Who was he talking to? A friend back home, a parent, or a girlfriend at a university elsewhere? At any rate, my mind made up possible scenarios, crafting pictures of what was holding his attention. I get lost in the stories I create..it doesn’t take much.
