This is a combination of both the networks slide down tab & updates/announcements slide down tab. It is very customizable & the networks tab can hold a lot of icons.

The final tabs look something like this (depending on how you customize it):

First, paste this code before </style>

You can customize the tabs by changing the following variables:

Then, you need to paste this code after </body>
