Drabble: Home (Kurt/Sam)
Sam’s fingers circle around the shiny golden door handle of his bedroom. His heart hammers in his chest as he turns it slowly and pushes the door open. The air is still and the hallway is completely dark. No noise comes from any of the bedrooms and no light peeks out from the cracks of the doors. Sam slips out of his room and silently makes his way to Kurt’s bedroom at the other side of the hall.
