What about those awful buldges people have like on backs or tummys what do you do about that?
One of the best ways to hide those tummy bulges is using a girdle. Also, there are these awesome garments that look like plain tops but actually are shapewears. You can buy them from http://www.teezher.com/. Loose shirts are also okay. But if you don’t want to look like a hip-hoper, you can tie it at your side or your back with making it to tight for you.

What would you say would be the best fashion advice to making your hips and waist appear smaller?
The simplest thing that can make your hips and waist look smaller is to wear a dark colored trousers, especially black ones. Emphasizing your upper part by wearing tops with strong shoulders, scarves, dramatic jewelries, etc. to draw the attention away from your waistline. Dark-colored belts also gives the illusion of a more defined waist, so it can also help. Full skirts with vertical stripes will make your hip area appear smaller. A pair of heels is a good way to give the impression of slimmer hips. Heels will elongate the body and balance out your shape, making it look like you have a slimmer lower half. Even if you are not a fan of massive heels, it is always a good idea not to wear completely flat shoes, if you want to make your hips look slimmer. Flat shoes have the tendency to make anyone look bigger on the bottom half, particularly petite ladies. Slimming garments are also helpful.
