[NEWS 130521] Former Head of Block B′s Former Agency Found Dead on May 20
The former agency head of Block B′s former agency was found dead at his home after committing suicide on May 20.
A source close to the deceased told enews on May 21, “[The former agency head] Mr. Lee committed suicide in the basement of his home on May 20. He was found dead by a friend, and the wake is currently underway.”
The wake started at a hospital in Seoul since the evening of the day he was found dead. The coffin will be borne out on May 22.
Mr. Lee gathered much attention as an important official in the charges Block B had brought against its agency.
On January 3, the group had filed for the cancellation of its contract against Stardom Entertainment. Block B had asserted that Stardom had failed to pay it a year′s worth of profits, and that Mr. Lee had received 70 million won from the members′ parents and disappeared.
Stardom Entertainment, however, had countered that it had never failed to pay the members, and that there was a mastermind behind the members.
It seems Mr. Lee came to kill himself as he suffered while the case continued to go on.
A family member told enews, “We have nothing to say.”

Wow I’m really mad. I’m seeing people blame Block B for Mr Lee’s suicide.
Do you understand what a suicide is? It’s where someone kills themselves.
It would have been Mr Lee’s choice to take his own life. It would not have been Block B’s choice and quite frankly, this is one of the last things they would have wanted.
People are forgetting that Block B are young men aged 19-23. People are forgetting that Block B are extremely humble, extremely truthful and extremely real people. People are forgetting that the average person does not wish death upon someone else, and people are forgetting that Block B would most certainly not do that.
I am sick and tired of Block B being constantly blamed for things they did not do. Is this what you get for not being fake, plastic idols? Clearly.
People should be focusing on paying their respects to Mr Lee and sending condolences to his family at this very difficult time. Blaming the innocent is not something that will help his family and it is in fact very disrespectful.
What, do people think that Block B bullied Mr Lee until he had no choice but to kill himself? Whilst they were in the middle of a lawsuit with him and bullying him like that would swing the ball in Stardom’s favour? Even though they are decent young men? Even though they work their butts off to produce music and improve their skills even during the court case? Even though being proven guilty for causing someones death like that would end all their careers that they’ve worked so hard for, for all their lives? Really?
YOU MUST NOT SPECULATE ON THE REASONS FOR MR LEE’S DEATH.
A hundred other things could have been going on in his life and knetizens don’t know any better than anyone else on this damn planet except his family and the police involved in the investigation.
We just need to pay our respects to Mr Lee, send condolences to his family and support Block B.
Angry netizens who have nothing positive to say on the matter need to sit the hell down.
