Second window to the right was the best seat in the entire store.
A wisdom you have obtained through years of wearing, arduous research which consisted of mind-wrenching games of trial-and-error. Right at the door was the practical way but came with the gusts of wind hitting your neck whenever some caffeine-hungry cretin dragged their feet into the welcoming, warm atmosphere of the town’s most popular coffee shop. With the campus in immediate vicinity it was the nirvana of over-worked, hung over, students and those who wanted to feel as such and up until a week ago it’s purpose for you didn’t differ from that definition too much.
That, however, changed with the arrival of the most insufferable brat you have had the misfortune to encounter.
