Jane didn’t understand why she was banished to the other end of the bed just for brushing Spock’s hair.
“You are being unhelpful,” Spock had said before shooing her away, with the exact same intonation most people would use for “go to the corner” or “drop it.”
But the punishment didn’t fit the nonexistent crime. Brushing, playing with, tugging on like an antique door bell with accompanying sound effects - it was all relative. And Spock wasn’t one for flexible interpretation.
Watching Imperfection Jeez, Janeway just strolls in and practically starts feeling up her own thigh while talking all ~Sultry~ to Seven and it's just wonderful, and I'm trying to picture their wedding dresses and how disgruntled Seven will be when Q and Q jr. come just to stir up the after party, and Janeway will laugh but totally have to promise dirty things to stop Seven from kicking omnipotent ass... OH and Icheb would be the ring bearer. Or the flower girl while B'leanna is the ring bearer and the Doctor will walk Seven down the isle 'cause he's all fatherly and what not... What am I talking about?

Ugh, I think that episode sold me on them as a pairing, ngl. I GIVE THIS HEADCANON MY BLESSING.
I am supposed to do this anonymously but I fear it would be rather obvious and did not see the point of using it. I have attempted to write this for the last 15 minutes (I may have had a scotch egg break inbetween) and I have concluded that you are infact somewhat akin to the spontaneous stabilization of Omega molecules.
But…..but…thats like…………really cool and godlike and awesome and marry me again. Also, for future reference, I will be telling you that your eyes shine with the blue glow of a spontaneous stabilisation because I think I could make it rather charming.

Are you still taking TMI questions? I would love to know what little things Yesmin and Ash like to do for each other to distract or cheer one another up after a rough/sad/annoying day.
OH I AM AND I WOULD LOVE TO
Ash likes reading to Yesmin in bed, and Yesmin just lies there with her head on Ash’s stomach and falls asleep listening to her voice. Sometimes if she’s in a playful mood, Ash puts on stupid voices as well, to try and make Mina laugh.
Yesmin likes to do girly things like painting nails and playing with hair- not precisely what people expect from an elite soldier, and it takes Ash by surprise at first. But the first time Yesmin washes her hair for her is an experience, to put it lightly (it takes a lot longer than your typical hair washing experience because they get distracted).
And they like to just lie in bed together and watch old reruns of things like Blasto, even if they’ve seen it a dozen times already they’ll snuggle and speak all the lines aloud and giggle as if the joke is new. It’s just a nice way to unwind together, the physical intimacy in a comfortable situation, watching something familiar that they know they’ll enjoy and laugh at together without it being too emotionally taxing.
