mice to go to a good home!
so at the moment, i have 7 all together in the cage, mammy, daddy and 5 babies. i’ve attempted to sex them using something i found on a website about the distance between the anus and the genitals, so i think i have 4 girls and 1 boy.
i’m going to keep the boy and daddy mouse, and the mother and 4 daughters need to go to a good home. when they are weened, which will hopefully be this time next week, i would like to split them 3 and 2, because i don’t want them going on their own to a new home because they will get lonely!
they are really easy to look after. food, water, bedding and sawdust is all they need and they get on with it themselves most the time. you’d only need to handle them to clean the cage out, but it;s good to get them used to humans handling them so they don’t make such a fuss, but you can do that easily, there’s loads of tips on the net.
i’d like them to go somewhere in the south wales area, so i can either drop them off or you could pick them up if you were interested. let me know as soon as you can and i’ll sort something out! they really need a good home, because otherwise they will go to my cousin who has a snake…
message me on tumblr or facebook or however you want to contact me and i’ll sort something out asap :)
thankyou! xxxx
Roman man's face finally revealed at Caerleon museum

The face of a wealthy Roman citizen who lived in south Wales has been revealed nearly two millennia after he died.
Using the latest technology, experts have produced a portrait of the man whose skeleton was uncovered 18 years ago in Caerleon, near Newport.
Archaeologists are trying to fill in more details using forensic techniques employed by police.
The image of the man was unveiled at the National Roman Legion Museum in Caerleon on Thursday.
The remains from around AD200 were uncovered by builders who were working on the nearby Newport university campus in November 1995. Read more.
mice to go to a good home!
after a stressful and upsetting day, i found out i only have 5 mouse babies left, out of the 10 that were born… i was quite upset by this, but i’m happy for the ones that have made it, and god damn, they are cute!
