OKAY FINE I’LL MAKE A POST ABOUT MY FEELINGS.
Because the thing is, I’m pretty convinced that Stiles isn’t headed toward becoming a wolf in canon any time soon. But what if while he’s at college (or grad school or on a fucking vacation I don’t care just so long as he’s away from the pack) the Stilinski back luck comes to bite him in the ass and he runs afoul of some werewolves. And they bite him. And these aren’t Derek-type werewolves, these have more in common with Peter. And Stiles figures out very quickly that this is not the sort of pack he wants to be running with. But he figures that if he submits to another alpha—properly submits to his alpha—then he might be okay.
So he goes back to Beacon Hills and Derek is absolutely livid that Stiles let someone else bite him, and Stiles is just all submission and apologies and trying to keep Derek calm while he asks him to do whatever he has to to bring Stiles back into the pack now that he’s a werewolf. And it takes longer than Stiles expected to get Derek calm enough to even understand what he’s suggesting, and as soon as he does he’s dragging Stiles upstairs to fix this.
And then sexytiems/pack dynamics/things that people that know more about werewolves than I do should figure out.
