Walked around the whole damn town my uni is in to try get donations for the American Cancer Society. My friends and I are in a team for the “Relay for Life” event.

It’s my first time participating…and man oh man… I understand how those door-to-door sales men feel now… 

Some woman on the street basically told us to piss off because we technically needed a “permit” to “solicit”…Even though it was for a good cause.

I wasn’t angry at the people who didn’t open their doors, pretended they weren’t at home or didn’t donate. I mean, I don’t donate often, I don’t open the door when there’s some random person outside my door…so yeah.

But that woman was a bitch…sigh**
