Death threats =/= okay
Hey guys. I know not all of you are Christian, but could you pray or do the secular equivalent or something for my friend and her roommate who received a note full of death threats and gay slurs on their door today? She is really freaked out about it, naturally, and I would really appreciate it.
You know what makes me ill?
How some people try to tell rape victims that they didn’t really suffer anything, and they shouldn’t be upset by it.
They’ll say things like:
He was drunk, he didn’t know what he was doing; it’s not a big deal.
You were both drunk, it doesn’t count.
You should have known better than to be there.
What if people told the victims of other types of crimes the same answers?
For example, what if someone was killed in a car accident?
Would anyone ever tell the family of that person, “Oh, the other driver was drunk. He didn’t know what he was doing. It’s really not a big deal,” or “He should have known better than to be on that part of the road, it’s a big curve. It’s dangerous some times.”
I don’t think so.
Every day I see more and more girls hating their weight for NO reason. They want a stupid thigh gap & to have BONES showing b/c that’s what society is telling them is attractive. And usually these are girls who already are skinny & incredibly pretty.
It makes me fucking sick.
And you know why? I have that damn thigh gap. And I’m incredibly thin. And I STILL HAVE DAYS WHERE I HATE MYSELF. Being a fucking stick figure won’t make you happy, I promise.
* Side Note: And I’ve actually been overweight, before anyone tries to tell me that I don’t know what it’s like because I’m thin.
And to those of you who think you need to be skinny to have a boyfriend, think again. The guys that are into girls like that are NOT WORTH YOUR FUCKING TIME. They’re selfish, materialistic assholes who would do nothing but tear you down anyway. And no guy wants to hear a bunch of bones rattling around in his girlfriend while he’s fucking her. Quote me on it.
And lastly, being skinny doesn’t mean you look good. And it doesn’t get you noticed. I know a lot of skinny bitches who look like shit b/c they’re not toned up at ALL.
Basically, all I’m tryna say is stop looking at gaps & bones & numbers on a scale b/c at the end of the day they DON’T MEAN SHIT. I know that it’s easier said than done. I’m a female with BPD for fuck’s sake.
I just needed to get that out b/c it makes me so mad and sad & I just want to give all these girls a hug & tell them that they’re fine just the way the are. And I fucking mean it.

Dear Society...
FUCK YOU!
I swear it breaks my heart to know the things people do to themselves because Society tells them they aren’t good enough as they are! I see it everyday. Absoulutly gorgeous individuals with amazing smiles that could light up the darkest of rooms and personalities that any person alive could fall in love with that hate everything about themselves because society has told them they aren’t good enough. Society has said you are ugly, stupid, fat, weird, a freak, ect. ect.
Society makes me sick. Do none of these people who say these things stop to think how they would fell if someone said that to them?
They aren’t just words! THEY DO HURT! FOREVER!
Society isn’t just causing people to hurt themselves. It is killing people. Every single day more and more beautiful individuals with so much to offer the world will lose their lives because of things society says.
If you have nothing nice to say keep your fucking mouth shut because you aren’t perfect yourself and you don’t know the other person’s story!
If you are one of those people who Society has looked down upon and cast stones at. You are beautiful. Don’t let them take away who you are. Don’t let them destroy you!
Reality's Big Idol Idiot
Why is it that there are so many reality tv shows that show stupid people or people doing stupid things but none showing clever, determined, passionate people doing amazing things?
I want to create a socially positive reality TV. Where people are doing good and in turn it encourages others to do something more socially concious and aware.
We should have less American Idol and more Humanitarian Idol.
